Effective March 17, 2009:  In compliance with 30-34-8.c of the WV Code, the West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care requires all licensees to maintain a valid credential with the National Board of Respiratory Care.  You may be required to submit proof of valid credentials upon renewal of your license.  All new applicants are required to submit proof of valid credentials.

2010 LICENSE RENEWAL -Current licenses will expire on 12/31/2009.  You will be mailed an application for 2010 License Renewal in mid-October.  Please be advised that we must have your updated address if you have moved.  We will also have on-line payment available for those of you who wish to remit electronically or you may remit by mail along with your renewal form.  $55.00 due if paid during the month of November and $65.00 due if paid during the month of December.  If you fail to renew your license by December 31, 2009 you are required to remit the $200.00 expired fee to reactivate your license.  No CEU's are due to be reported this year.  Your 20 CEU's must be completed by 9/30/2010 and are to be reported to our office with your 2011 License Renewal Application.
